Abstract Writing Workshop

The Abstract Writing Workshop provides an opportunity for you to learn more about what a conference abstract is, best practices for writing a successful abstract, and information about the Fall 2018 Honors College Research Symposium and UIC Impact Day. Students are encouraged to bring a draft of their own abstract if they have one, as there should be time to get feedback on abstract drafts. The workshop is intended for all students, from seniors working on their Capstone Projects to first-year students interested in honing their research writing skills.
The workshop will be led by Dr. Michael David Franklin, Academic Advisor and Capstone Specialist.
