Grenita Hall, PhD, CHWC
Clinical Associate Professor
Department of Physical Therapy

Grenita Hall, PhD, is a clinical associate professor and the director of the Healthy Living Clinic in the Department of Physical Therapy at the University of Illinois Chicago. Hall is a certified Health and Well-being Coach (Wellcoaches®) and a Women’s Fitness Specialist and Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine). With over 30 years of experience in dance performance, education, and wellness, Hall collaborates with community members to create culturally centered interventions that inspire healthy living action. Her current research focuses on racial inequalities in healthcare and the physical activity practices of under-resourced communities and racialized populations.
