Faculty Fellow Elected to American Academy of Arts and Sciences
Honors College Faculty Fellow, Dr. Susan R. Goldman, was recently elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. Dr. Goldman is the co-founder and co-director of the UIC Learning Sciences Research Institute and is a distinguished professor of psychology and education. The academy's 2019 new member cohort includes former First Lady Michelle Obama and Andrew W. Mellon Foundation president Elizabeth Alexander. The induction ceremony will take place on October 2019 in Cambridge, MA.
