Honors College Fellow comments on CTA construction prioritization included in Chicago Tribune article
Kate Lowe, an Honors College Fellow and UIC Associate Professor of Urban Planning and Policy, have comments included in a Chicago Tribune article. Lowe addresses community concerns of prioritization of the recent Brown Line flyover and similar CTA construction projects.
