Honors Fellow featured in WBEZ Chicago discussing CTA Red Line funds
Introduction
Honors College Fellow and Associate Professor of Urban Planning and Policy Kate Lowe recently appeared on In the Loop with Sasha-Ann Simons on WBEZ Chicago. In the episode, “CTA Red Line funds must be restored, federal judge rules,” Lowe discussed the withholding of funding from the U.S. Department of Transportation and a federal judge’s decision requiring the release of $3 billion to the Chicago Transit Authority for the CTA Red Line.
