Key to any student's success are the relationships that are developed the student and their professors, and in order to build a strong and a fruitful such relationship it's critical to know how to most effectively, and respectfully, communicate with your professors. Developing these critical communication skills and understanding what your professors expect in communicating with students are the keys to getting the most out of utilizing faculty office hours, obtaining the clarification needed about crucial assignments, and writing professional emails that will remind faculty just how much Honors students have to offer.

Join the Honors College Advisory Board (HCAB) over Zoom for a special presentation all about how to best engage with your professors so as to be as successful as possible this term. HCAB leaders and members will dive into how to best engage and develop relationships with your professors and other members of the faculty; covering everything from how to prepare for an office hours visit, email communication expectations and etiquette, and so much more, this presentation is one you won't want to miss.
