Want to take a short study break and meet UIC's one and only Pawfficer Ham? Ham will be visiting the Honors College and is ready for pets!
The presence of a therapy dog has proven to be immensely beneficial in reducing stress, alleviating anxiety and offering a calming companion when needed. The program also serves as a bridge between our officers and UIC community members by helping to create a welcoming and non-intimidating atmosphere where individuals can express themselves more openly and comfortably.
