Kate Lowe, an Honors Fellow and UIC associate professor of Urban Planning and Policy, is interviewed in Governing in an article about whether money for transit systems in the recently passed $1 trillion infrastructure bill will lead to a boost ridership and, if not, what sort of plans will be needed.
