Honors Student wins departmental Joshua Terry Award

Isabel Tamas, an Honors Student who is pursuing majors in Applied Psychology and Anthropology, won the departmental Joshua Terry Award for academic excellence this year. Isabel is an intern at the UIC Latino Cultural Center and is engaged in other campus and community initiatives, emphasizing mental health and underrepresented community advocacy.
