UIC Honors College Student community engagement efforts nationally recognized
Courtney Washington, an Honors College student with a dual major in public policy and economics, was recently recognized by the nonprofit coalition Campus Compact, which named her to its 2021-2022 Newman Civic Fellowship cohort. The fellowship will provide a variety of networking opportunities which include a national conference, as well as pathways for exclusive scholarships.
