Steven Schwinn, an Honors College fellow and professor at UIC School of Law, has a piece featured in Verdict, a legal analysis and commentary website. Schwinn writes about the Supreme Court’s recent ruling on the COVID-19 eviction moratorium issued by the Centers for Disease Control.
